City of San Diego estimated Bid Value is $3,240,000.00.  Responding bidders must be registered with City of San Diego as an SLBE or ELBE.  Please submit quotes at least one day prior to bid date and time and include any proof of certification and your DIR registration number.  R2Build dba R2B Engineering will assist qualified bidders with bid documents, obtaining bonding, lines of credit, insurance, materials equipment, supplies, any technical assistance, questions or requirements.  Items of work can be broken down into economically feasible units and delivery schedules will be accommodated to facilitate maximum SLBE/ELBE participation.  Selected subcontractors are encouraged to please reach out to lower-tier subcontractors/suppliers for any category of work that is too large for them to accommodate according to contract requirements.
