Temporary Traffic Control Plan, Project Information Sign, Portable Changeable Message Signs, WPCP, Street Power Sweeping, Additional Potholing, Adjust Utilities, Remove Street Signs, Grind Existing Striping, Markings, & Markers, Remove Storm Lateral, Remove Storm Inlet and Box, Remove Concrete, Sawcutting, Tree Removal, Roadway Excavation, Landscape & Irrigation, Decomposed Granite, Median Area Fill, Class C – Surface Rehabilitation, Hot Mixed Asphalt, AC Raised Bike Lane, Conform Cuts, Signs, PCC Minor Concrete (Curb & Gutter, Valley, Gutter, Sidewalk, Raised Island, Median Island, Curb, Raised Bike Lane, Walkway, Crosswalk), Median Island with Non-Permeable Pavers, Detectable Warning Surface, Curb Ramps, City Survey Monument, Adjust Monument Box to Grade, Thermoplastic Striping & Markings, Conduit, Pull Box, Conductors, Pedestrian Push Button Post, Traffic Signal System, Trench Sheeting, Shoring & Bracing, RCP, DIP, Grated Trench Drain, Bioretention Cell, Regular Flat Grate Inlet and Box, Regular Hooded Inlet and Box (Drainage), And All Material Suppliers.

A 100% payment bond and performance bond will be required. Vanguard will pay bond premium up to 2%. Please note that no contractor or subcontractor may be listed on a bid proposal for a public works project (submitted on or after March 1, 2015) unless registered with the Department of Industrial Relations pursuant to Labor Code section 1725.5 [with limited exceptions from this requirement for bid purposes only under Labor Code section 1771.1(a)]. Subcontractors must possess a current contractors license, insurance and workers compensation coverage meeting the owners requirements and will be required to sign the standard FBD Vanguard Construction, Inc. subcontract agreement.
