PCL/Sundt JV is soliciting contractors to submit proposals for the Roberto R. Bustamante WWTP Expansion & Upgrades – Bid Package 9. Project Description: Facility improvements & upgrades to the Wastewater Treatment Plant.

 

Pre-Bid: A virtual pre-bid & site walk meeting will be held June 17, 2025 @ 1:00 PM at the PCL/Sundt jobsite trailer at 10001 Pan American Drive, El Paso, TX 79927. PPE required for Site Walk.
