Please submit quotes at least one day prior to bid date and time.  Include any certification documents you may have along with your DIR registration and License number.  Conco-West Inc will assist qualified responders with Bonding, Insurance, materials or Line of Credit if requested. Categories of work can be broken down into smaller quantities and delivery schedules will be accommodated to facilitate maximum participation. Environmental Protection Agency and Tribal Assistance Grant Program and thereefore subject to "Buy America" requirements.  Phase 1A Water Facility and Offsite Water Project will be funded by the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA), and will be subject to the requirements of the ARPA's State and Local Fiscal Recovery Funds Program, which includes "Domestic Preference for Procurement".
