We are requesting bids for the following trades and/or material suppliers:
Request Masonry work, Electrical work Land Scaping Work Sonar / GPR Work

All Trades must be registered or certified with the City Of San Diego SLBE or ELBE.
Red Hawk Services will assist contractors with bid documents and break down items of work into economically feasible units so that we can reach Maximum participation of the SLBE and ELBE requirement.

This project provides for approximately 1600 linear feet of fencing with vehicle gates, pedestrian gates and card access readers. The proposed fence requires electricity and data for vehicular and pedestrian gates.

Prevailing Wage Rates 
The City has incorporated mandatory SLBE-ELBE subcontractor participation
percentages to enhance competition and maximize subcontracting opportunities. For
the purpose of achieving the mandatory subcontractor participation percentages, a
recommended breakdown of the SLBE and ELBE subcontractor participation
percentages based upon certified SLBE and ELBE firms has also been provided to
achieve the mandatory subcontractor participation percentages: This project required 1600LF of Security Fencing with automated gates and manual swing gates with card readers.
