John Madonna Construction is requesting quotes from qualified subcontractors and suppliers, including those certified as DBE, for the following items of work, including, but not limited to: Traffic control system, WPCP, Temporary concrete washout, Clearing & grubbing, Roadway excavation, Shoulder backing, Structure excavation, Structure backfill, Class 2 aggregate base, Minor hot mix asphalt, Place hot mix asphalt, Temporary shoring, Structural concrete, Bar reinforcing steel, 48" reinforced concrete pipe, Remove pipe, Remove headwall, Rock slope protection, Cable railing.

John Madonna Construction is requesting quotes from all qualified subcontractors and suppliers including certified DBE/SBE/DVBE firms for the aforementioned items of work. 100% Performance and Payment bonds may be required for the full amount of subcontract price. Subcontractors must be registered with the California DIR, possess a current contractors license, as well as insurance and workers compensation coverage meeting John Madonna Construction's requirements. Subcontractors will be required to sign John Madonna Construction's standard Subcontract Agreement. Plans and specifications are available via email.
