We are requesting bids for the following trades and/or material suppliers:

Cannon is seeking the following services:
Labor Compliance (including DBE and EEO compliance per the Local Assistance Procedure Manual LAPM and the DIR)
Archaeological Services
Environmental Monitoring and Compliance (including Project Specifications, Environmental Commitment Record (ECR), and the regulatory permits)
Cultural Resource Monitoring and Reporting
Stormwater Pollution Control Compliance Monitoring
Material Sampling, Testing, and Documentation

Cannon is seeking qualifications from Caltrans-certified Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) firms for a bridge replacement project. For more information regarding the scope of work, please contact our office. 

Interested parties must respond by 12:00 p.m., Thursday, July 24th, 2025, with a letter of interest, copy of their CUCP Caltrans certification, brief firm profile, and resumes (limited to 5-pages). 


This request for proposals shall not obligate Cannon to either contact with or reimburse costs to respond hereto.
