PCL/Sundt JV is soliciting contractors & suppliers to submit proposal for the Roberto R. Bustamante WWTP Expansion & Upgrades – Bid Package 10 for EP Water in El Paso, TX. Proposals are due August 14, 2025 @ 2:00 PM (MT) unless changed via addendum. Qualified SLBE, MBE & WBE firms are encouraged to submit bids in response to this invitation. 


If you’re a material supplier or contractor interested in only a portion of the work you’re encouraged to attend the Prebid meeting. This will help you connect with bidders who may be seeking subcontractors or suppliers. 

Pre-Bid & Site Walk: Non-Mandatory Virtual Pre-Bid &/or Site Walk Meeting will be held July 23, 2025 @ 1:00 PM (MT) at the PCL/Sundt jobsite trailer at 10001 Pan American Drive, El Paso, TX 79927.  PPE is required for the Site Walk.


All questions, clarifications, or coordination issues must be in writing and reference the appropriate detail(s) and/or the specification section and paragraph via the RFI Submission Form no later than Ten (10) business days before the bid date.
