Demolition, Concrete, Wood Framing, Metals, Millwork, Lath/Plaster, Doors/Frames/Hardware, Windows, Overhead Coiling Doors, Food Service Equipment, Mechanical, Fire Sprinkler, Electrical, Plumbing, Drywall, Paint, Epoxy Flooring, Wall Coverings, ACT, Fences and Gates, Pavement Markings, Earthwork, etc.

Scope of Work:  The project consists of modernizing the central kitchen, including the replacement of existing kitchen equipment, as well as the installation of new walk-in freezers and refrigerators.  The scope also includes the modifications to existing utilities and finishes as needed to connect replacement equipment.


Duration:  11 Months

Buhler Commercial is signatory to carpenters and laborers union.  Buhler Commercial requires performance/payment bonds from all subcontractors who have a contract value over $300,000.
