This project is anticipated to have a DBE participation goal of 22%, with a 15-20% Small Business participation objective. Only DBEs certified through the California Unification Certification Program (CUCP) will count towards the DBE participation goal. Only SBs certified through Caleprocure will count towards the SB participation objective. The OME POE project has a Community Benefits Agreement (CBA).

Otay Mesa East Port of Entry Project will have multiple procurement phases. Notification of additional scopes of work will be announced when available and advertised in a timely manner.
