Work consists of street rehabilitation of 10 local streets (approximately 2.4 miles) within the Westwood neighborhood area, includes new sidewalk, driveways, rolled and standard curb and gutters, installation of new storm drain systems, adjustment of utilities, new water lines, tree removal, and minor placement of pavement stripes and markings.
