Bids are to be submitted to the Engineer as directed on the Attachment 2 Bid Form.

PCL/Sundt JV (CMAR) is soliciting contractors to submit proposals for Roberto R. Bustamante WWTP Expansion & Upgrades – Bid Package 11 for El Paso Water in El Paso, TX. Bids are due August 14, 2025 @ 2:00 PM (MT) unless changed via addendum.
Qualified SLBE, MBE & WBE firms are encouraged to submit bids in response to this invitation. Project Description: Facility improvements & upgrades to the Bustamante Wastewater Treatment Plant. El Paso Prevailing Wage Project.

If you’re a material supplier or contractor interested in only a portion of the work—Some suggestions would be:
Reach out to contractors you typically supply or bid to on similar projects and ask if they’re bidding this package.
- If they haven’t received an invite, refer them to Lisa Plante to request an ITB.
- Attend the Prebid so your contact information can be shared with bidders.
- Contact Lisa Plante for further assistance to see if there are any responded bidders.
Questions: All questions and clarifications must be submitted in writing to Guillermo Mendez at [email protected] using the Q&A/RFI Form, available in the plan room. Submit all questions with relevant details no later than ten (10) business days before the bid date. Do not contact the Owner, Architect, or Engineers directly.
