Engineering Estimate- $68.9M


Project Details-
Constructs a new 69KV Substation X and upgrades existing facilities and infrastructure to increase total Pier Lima electrical capacity. Includes proposed Concrete Masonry Unit (CMU) building with split face exterior and smooth face interior, cast-in-place concrete floor and membrane roof over built-up protection board, rigid insulation and metal decking. Includes 13.8KV power mounds at two locations on Pier Lima. Facility-related control systems include cybersecurity features in accordance with current Department of Defense (DoD) criteria. 

Assistance will be available in obtaining bonds, lines of credit, insurance, necessary equipment, supplies, materials or related technical assistance.

Reyes Construction, Inc. is signatory to the following unions: Teamsters, Operators, Cement Masons, Carpenters and Laborers.
