The R C Foster Corporation is planning on bidding on the City of Fullerton Main Plant (Wells 5, 6 & 8) PFAS Water Treatment Plant Project for Orange County Water District on Tuesday, September 2, 2025 @ 2:00 PM. We have identified work on this project that may be of your company’s scope. We would like to invite you to bid on any portion of the project that you can to us.
