We are requesting bids for the following trades and/or material suppliers:
Seeking All DBE, SBE, WBE, MBE & HUD Subcontractors/Suppliers needed for, including but not limited to: CONSTRUCTION AREA SIGNS; TRAFFIC CONTROL SYSTEM/TRAFFIC FLAGGERS: CLEARING & GRUBBING; ASPHALT CONCRETE; ROADSIDE SIGN; PLASTIC PIPE; CONCRETE CURS & SIDEWALK-MISC.; SAWCUTTING; FENCING; SURVEY OR HISTORICAL MONUMENT; LAND SURVEYOR/LAND SURVEYING; ENGINEERING-GEOTECHNICAL; ENVIRONMENTAL-BIOLOGICAL STUDIES; CONSTRUCTION SCHEDULING; LEAD COMPLIANCE; SWPPP PLANNING; TRUCKING; WATER TRUCK; STREET SWEEPING TRUCK; OIL ASPHALT SUPPLIER/ASPHALT OIL TANKERS; or any item of work or material you are qualified to perform or furnish.  NON- SBE, WBE, MBE & HUD SUBS/SUPPLIERS: You will be expected to carry a proportionate percentage of 2nd-tier SBE, WBE, & MBE participation with your quote.  Second-tier SBE, WBE, & MBE participation will be evaluated with your price.

GEORGE REED, INC. is signatory to Operating Engineers, Laborers, and Cement Masons Unions.     100% Performance and Payment Bonds may be required for the full amount of subcontract price.     GEORGE REED, INC. will pay bond premium up to 2%.     Subcontractor must possess current insurance and workers compensation coverage meeting Owner’s and GRI’s insurance requirements.     Insurance waiver of subrogation is also required.     Please call if you need assistance with:  bonding, lines of credit, insurance, obtaining necessary equipment, supplies, materials, or any related services; or assistance with breaking down items into economically feasible units or establishing flexible time frames for performance and delivery schedules to encourage or facilitate participation.     George Reed, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
