The scope of work for Bassett Park generally includes demolition, clearing and grubbing, hazardous soil remediation, earthwork and grading, archaeological and Native American monitoring, storm drainage, rigid and flexible paving, fencing, landscaping, irrigation, lighting, electrical, signage, erosion and sediment control, utility conflict work, and miscellaneous site furnishing and amenities.
