We are requesting bids for the following trades and/or material suppliers:
Painting including:

1. Wash exterior stucco areas to remove debris and prep for paint 
2. Repair exterior stucco cracks and damaged stucco as needed throughout using PPG or approved equal, elastomeric patch.  
3. Prime repaired stucco areas with PPG Perma-Crete primer or approved equal.
4. Apply two coats of PPG Sunproof 72 Exterior Flat Paint, or approved equal, to all stucco areas throughout.

We can provide technical assistance to facilitate understanding of the contract requirements and to complete the paperwork necessary to participate in this project.

We are willing to assist all DBE subcontractors in obtaining bonds, lines of credit and insurance and in obtaining necessary equipment, supplies, materials, or related assistance or services.
