We are requesting bids for the following trades and/or material suppliers:

FBD Vanguard Construction, Inc. is requesting quotes from all certified DBE subcontractors and suppliers for the following items of work including but not limited to: Lead Compliance Plan, Level 2 Critical Path Method Schedule, Time-Related Overhead (Wday), Dispute Resolution Advisor On-Site Meeting, Hourly Off-Site Dispute-Resolution-Advisor-Related Tasks, Construction Area Signs, Traffic Control System, Stationary Impact Attenuator Vehicle, Portable Changeable Message Sign (Ls), Job Site Management, Water Pollution Control Program, Temporary Drainage Inlet Protection, Treated Wood Waste, Roadside Clearing, Wood Mulch, Fiber Rolls, Remove Roadside Sign, Remove Roadside Sign (Strap And Saddle Bracket Method), Furnish Single Sheet Aluminum Sign (0.063"-Unframed), Furnish Single Sheet Aluminum Sign (0.080"-Unframed), Item Description, Furnish Single Sheet Aluminum Sign (0.063"-Framed), Roadside Sign - One Post, Roadside Sign - Two Post, Install Sign (Strap And Saddle Bracket Method), Maintaining Existing Traffic Management System Elements During Construction, Mobilization and All Material Suppliers.

Items of work may be broken down into economically feasible packages to encourage participation.  A 100% payment bond and performance bond will be required.

works project (submitted on or after March 1, 2015) unless registered with the Department of Industrial Relations pursuant to Labor Code section 1725.5 [with limited 
exceptions from this requirement for bid purposes only under Labor Code section 1771.1(a)]. Subcontractors must possess a current contractor’s license, insurance and 
workers compensation coverage meeting the owners requirements and will be required to sign the standard FBD Vanguard Construction, Inc. subcontract agreement.
