PROJECT LOCATION: Santa Ana, CA

We are seeking quotes for construction supplies, materials, equipment, and services in addition to quotes from qualified subcontractors for the subject project. 

 

Scope of Services

The City of Santa Ana PFAS Treatment Project at John Garthe Reservoir (Contract SA-2025-1) consists of the construction of a new water treatment system to remove PFAS from City Wells 18, 32, 36, and 39. Major elements of work include: Installation of twelve ion exchange (IX) pressure vessels and three cartridge filter vessels for pretreatment; Construction of an on-site sodium hypochlorite generation system with chemical storage and dosing facilities for disinfection; Sand separator installation at Well 32 and pump/motor upgrades with piping replacement at Wells 18, 36, and 39; Replacement of the existing hydro-generator, along with electrical and SCADA control system improvements; Construction of a new Well 39 electrical building and a new Well 18 well building; Associated yard piping, civil, structural, electrical, and instrumentation improvements, along with site improvements and landscaping and all associated work (“Work”) as indicated in the

Contract Documents.

All subcontractors must furnish 100% Performance and Payment Bonds and hold a current contractor’s license. With your bid, please include the time required for performance of your work and any delivery schedules so that ICS can coordinate and establish a flexible schedule for your portion of the work.
