Under the County of Los Angeles programs, the City of Manhattan Beach has established an aspirational goal of thirty percent (30%) participation by CBE’s for this project.

Interested CBE’s are requested to provide Scope Letters two days prior to bid date, and quotes/bids one day prior to bid date. Clarke Contracting Corporation is signatory to the Carpenters, Cement Masons, Laborers and Operating Engineers Unions.
