Project Details-

This Design Build (DB) project will provide a new 3,862+ square foot Integrated Maintenance Training Facility to include designated spaces for maintenance, administration, storage in support of post-flight maintenance, and minor repair of non-airborne equipment primarily for the MH-60 Helicopter and others. Approximately 75% of overall construction footprint is allocated to extensive site civil works and hardscape installation. Site preparation includes site clearing, grubbing, erosion and sediment control measures, excavation/fill, and preparation for construction. Paving and site improvements include grading, concrete interlocking blocks pavement for approximately 10 vehicle parking spaces, concrete interlocking block pavement access roadway, fencing, gates, and signs, and construction of self-contained septic and leach field wastewater treatment system. Information systems include telephone, computer network unclassified Internet Protocol (IP) Router Network (NIPRNET) and classified (SIPRNET) networks, and fire alarm/mass notification system.


Assistance will be available in obtaining bonds, lines of credit, insurance, necessary equipment, supplies, materials or related technical assistance.
