Project Description: Removal of contaminated soil left behind by the site's historic railroad use, demolition of existing encroaching structures, demolition and clearing of the site, import and installation of clean soil fill, construction of new fences along the property lines, including ancillary work in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Contract Documents. Work shall be completed within 140 Calendar Days from the date when Contract Time commences to run.
