Scope of work: The Project is generally described as: General School Modernization and reconstruction including ADA Access, Seismic Upgrades, and Fire/Life-Safety upgrades, including but not limited Public Address System Upgrades including associated cabling, integrated clock-bell devices, wall speakers, exterior speakers and head-end equipment at nine different school sites.

Buhler Commercial is signatory to carpenters and laborers union. Buhler Commercial requires performance/payment bonds from all subcontractors who have a contract value over $300,000. Projects is subject to a Project Labor Agreement (PLA) that all subcontractors must agree to in order to perform work on this project.
