Seeking All SBE, WBE, & MBE Subcontractors/Suppliers needed for, including but not limited to: CONSTRUCTION AREA SIGNS; TRAFFIC CONTROL SYSTEM/TRAFFIC FLAGGERS: RESET, ADJUST ROADWAY ITEMS; PLANE ASPHALT CONCRETE; CLEARING & GRUBBING; EROSION CONTROL; TEMPORARY EROSION CONTROL; PENETRATION TREATMENT & PRIME COAT; SEAL COAT; MINOR CONCRETE STRUCTURE; ROADSIDE SIGN; REINFORCED CONCRETE PIPE; SUBSURFACE DRAIN; CONCRETE CURB & SIDEWALK-MISC.; SAWCUTTING; FENCING; OBJECT MARKER; THERMOPLASTIC TRAFFIC STRIPING & MARKING; PAINTED TRAFFIC STRIPING & MARKING; PAVEMENT MARKER; LAND SURVEYOR/LAND SURVEYING; LEAD COMPLIANCE; SWPPP PLANNING or any item of work or material you are qualified to perform or furnish. NON- SBE, WBE, & MBE SUBS/SUPPLIERS: You will be expected to carry a proportionate percentage of 2nd-tier SBE, WBE, & MBE participation with your quote. Second-tier SBE, WBE, & MBE participation will be evaluated with your price.

GEORGE REED, INC. is signatory to Operating Engineers, Laborers, and Cement Masons Unions. 100% Performance and Payment Bonds may be required for the full amount of subcontract price. GEORGE REED, INC. will pay bond premium up to 2%. Subcontractor must possess current insurance and workers compensation coverage meeting Owner’s and GRI’s insurance requirements. Insurance waiver of subrogation is also required. Please call if you need assistance with: bonding, lines of credit, insurance, obtaining necessary equipment, supplies, materials, or any related services; or assistance with breaking down items into economically feasible units or establishing flexible time frames for performance and delivery schedules to encourage or facilitate participation.
