Sand & Gravel Supplier (Bulk Item), Asphalt Supplier (Bulk Item), Concrete & Cement Supplier (Bulk Item), Reinforcing Bar Section Supplier, Pipe Supplier, Drainage Systems Supplier, Storm Water Systems Supplier, Pavement Markers Supplier, Electrical & Signals Supplier, Traffic Stripes, Marking & Traffic Control Materials Supplier, Traffic Control System, Remove Concrete, Clearing & Grubbing, Roadway Excavation, Highway Planting, Erosion Control, Irrigation System, Aggregate Base (AB), Asphalt Concrete, Portland Cement & Concrete Pavement, Concrete Structure, Minor Concrete Structure, Reinforcing Steel, Roadside sign, Reinforced Concrete Pipe, Concrete Curb & Sidewalk – Misc., Misc Iron & Steel Frame, Cover & Grate, Directional Boring/Drilling, Saw Cutting, Thermoplastic Traffic Striping & Marking, Painted Traffic Striping & Marking, Remove Pavement Marking & Traffic Stripes, Maintaining Existing Traffic Management System Elements During Construction, Signal & Lighting, Signal, Lighting, Land Surveyor, SWPPP Planning.

C. A. Rasmussen, Inc. will provide assistance including but not limited to obtaining bonding, lines of credit, insurance, necessary equipment, supplies and/or materials upon request. C. A. Rasmussen, Inc. will establish flexible timeframes for performance and delivery. Subcontractors will be required to enter into our standard Subcontract Agreement. No modifications to the subcontract are permitted. 100% payment and performance bonds may be required for the amount of Subcontract price. C. A. Rasmussen, Inc. will reimburse Subcontractors for the premium costs of bonds and standard premium rates not to exceed 1.5%. Subcontractors must possess a current Contractor’s License and Insurance. CBE (MBE, WBE, DVBE & LGBTQQ) Firms must possess the work category code(s) applicable to their type of work to be performed on this contract at time of bid opening.

C. A. Rasmussen, Inc.’s listing of a Subcontractor in its bid to the Public Agency is not to be construed as an acceptance of all of the Subcontractor’s conditions or exceptions included with the Subcontractor’s price quote.

*ALL BID ITEMS ARE OPEN FOR BID, including items of work normally performed by C. A. Rasmussen, Inc.*

Quotations will be broken down into comparable packages as reasonably necessary. C. A. Rasmussen, Inc. will work with interested DBE subcontractors to identify opportunities to break down items into economically feasible packages.
