Seeking All MBE, SBE & WBE Subcontractors/Suppliers needed for, including but not limited to: CONSTRUCTION AREA SIGNS; TRAFFIC CONTROL SYSTEM/TRAFFIC FLAGGERS: CLEARING & GRUBBING; EROSION CONTROL; IRRIGATION SYSTEM; TEMPORARY EROSION CONTROL; GROOVE AND GRIND PAVEMENT; ROADSIDE SIGN; CONCRETE CURB & SIDEWALK-MISC.; SAWCUTTING; THERMOPLASTIC TRAFFIC STRIPING & MARKING; PAINTED TRAFFIC STRIPING & MARKING; PAVEMENT MARKER; LAND SURVEYOR/LAND SURVEYING; SWPPP PLANNING; OIL ASPHALT SUPPLIER/ASPHALT OIL TANKERS; or any item of work or material you are qualified to perform or furnish. NON-MBE, SBE & WBE SUBS/SUPPLIERS: You will be expected to carry a proportionate percentage of 2nd-tier MBE, SBE & WBE participation with your quote. Second-tier SBE, WBE, & MBE participation will be evaluated with your price.

GEORGE REED, INC. is signatory to Operating Engineers, Laborers, and Cement Masons Unions. 100% Performance and Payment Bonds may be required for the full amount of subcontract price. GEORGE REED, INC. will pay bond premium up to 2%. The subcontractor must possess current insurance and workers compensation coverage meeting Owner’s and GRI’s insurance requirements. Insurance waiver of subrogation is also required.
