We are requesting bids for the following trades and/or material suppliers:

The project scope is to upgrade the existing athletic facilities including: new synthetic turf field, track repair and refinishing, long jump improvements, scoreboard replacement, fence refinishing with partial replacement of mesh fabric, new drinking fountains in existing locations, improvements to existing accessible components in two restrooms - restroom renovations in Building B and East Field House, new accessible van parking stall, and relocation of the elevator interior control panels. No change in use nor occupancy. TRADES REQUESTED: Demolition, Haz-Mat Abatement, Resinous Flooring, Signage, Plumbing, Pavement Markings, Site Utilities, and Electrical, Earthwork, Asphalt Paving, Concrete, Synthetic Running Track Surfacing Athletic Equipment, Irrigation, Fence, Painting, Restroom Accessories, Gypsum Board and Non Structural Metal Framing and Elevator.

NOTE: Project Labor Agreement: All Bidders are hereby notified that the District has a Project Labor Agreement (PLA) in effect on the Project and all contractors and subcontractors bidding this project will be required to comply with the PLA.
