Project Description:

The Project is located at 700 Towne Centre Drive, Lathrop, CA 95330 (Mossdale Landing

Park) and 15557 5th Street, Lathrop, CA 95330 (Valverde Park). The work to be performed

under this contract is generally described as, but not necessarily limited to the construction of

splashpads with recirculating systems and associated utility and electrical work, a renovated play

area with rubber surfacing, basketball court, baseball field infield improvements, a dumpster

enclosure, pedestrian pathways and planting, and irrigation improvements.
