Bids are requested from but not limited to: earthwork, site demolition, soft demolition, asphalt paving, pavement markings, landscaping/irrigation, synthetic turf, concrete pavement, curbs, wood framing, plath/laster, weather barriers, drywall/gypsum board, millwork, metals, structural concrete, flooring, tile, sealed concrete, restroom accessories, plumbing, HVAC, final cleaning, electrical, fire alarm fire sprinkler, PV solar array, site utilities, ACT ceiling, visual display boards, glass/glazing, storefront windows, doors, frames, and hardware, and paint.

Project documents can also be obtained by contacting Matthew Anderson at information provided. Buhler Commercial will also send invites through Building Connected to interested subcontractors which will have all project documents listed on the Building Connected listing.

The project scope is a new classroom building; remodel of existing classrooms; new playground; new parking lot; and all work included on the logistical plans, drawings, and specifications under DSA application 01-122428. Project is intended to start on 6/2/26 and end by January 29, 2027. Subcontractors are assumed to work on Saturday and Sunday in order to complete this project by January 29, 2027. Buhler Commercial is signatory to the carpenters and labor union. Bonds will be required for any subcontract over $300,000. All mechanical, electrical, and plumbing subcontractors must be prequalified with Pleasanton Unified School District in order to bid on this project.
