We are requesting bids for the following trades and/or material suppliers:

FBD Vanguard Construction, Inc. is requesting quotes from all certified MBE/WBE, Section 3 subcontractors and suppliers for the following items of work including but not limited to, Class 2 Aggregate Base, Asphalt Concrete (Curb & Gutter: HMA-LG), PCC Curb and Gutter, PCC Sidewalk Type "B" Drop Inlet, Remove Tree (Less than 12"), Remove Tree (12" to 24"), Remove Tree (Greater than 24"), Class 2 Aggregate Base, Asphalt Concrete (Curb & Gutter: HMA-LG), PCC Curb and Gutter, PCC Sidewalk and all material suppliers

Items of work may be broken down into economically feasible packages to encourage participation. A 100% payment bond and performance bond will be required.

works project (submitted on or after March 1, 2015) unless registered with the Department of Industrial Relations pursuant to Labor Code section 1725.5 [with limited

exceptions from this requirement for bid purposes only under Labor Code section 1771.1(a)]. Subcontractors must possess a current contractor’s license, insurance and

workers compensation coverage meeting the owners requirements and will be required to sign the standard FBD Vanguard Construction, Inc. subcontract agreement.
