Project Description:

The scope of work encompasses electrical and instrumentation tasks included within the Contract Documents. The Contract Documents include the Project Manuals, Drawings and any Addenda. The Contractor shall complete the work items indicated on the Drawings and Specifications, including but not limited to the following:

1. Install owner furnished, pad mounted, liquid filled medium voltage transformer (TX-EV-4) for the EV charging network.

2. Furnish and install all aboveground raceway systems including conduit, fittings, boxes, supports, and other pertinent components.

3. Furnish and install all low and medium voltage wire and cable resulting in a complete and operable electrical system.

4. Furnish and install seventeen (16) dual port and one (2) single port Level 2 Electric Vehicle Charging Stations (Chargepoint CT4000)

5. Other electrical work as specified herein and indicated on the Drawings.
