Scope of work: Green Infrastructure Project encompassing the removal of asphalt, creation of bioretention systems and planting removal & replacement, as well as installation of irrigation and play equipment.

Buhler Commercial is signatory to carpenters and laborers union. Buhler Commercial requires performance/payment bonds from all subcontractors who have a contract value over $300,000. Project is subject to a Project Labor Agreement (PLA) that all subcontractors must agree to in order to perform work on this project.
