We are requesting bids for the following trades and/or material suppliers:

PCL Construction, Inc. is soliciting Certified DBE/WBE/MBE/SBE & OBE Subs & Suppliers to bid the Chatfield Basin Water Reclamation Facility - WP3 and WP4 for the Dominion Water Sanitation District. Bids due on February 26, 2026 @ 2:00 PM (MT) in Littleton, CO.

Project description: The project includes rehabilitating the Headworks, Equalization Basin, BNR Basin, and Chemical Storage structures, along with constructing a new Fine Screens Facility and Membrane Bioreactor, installing underground utilities, and completing related site improvements.

PCL intends to break up the requirements into smaller portions to encourage maximum participation, arrange time frames for contracts & establish delivery schedules, where the requirements permit, in a way that encourages & facilitates participation of DBE’s. Payment & Performance Bonds may be required & bonding assistance is available. Subs and Suppliers are encouraged to contact PCL for insurance requirements, equipment & materials, plans & specs or if any other assistance is needed.
