YOUDA BUILDERS INC. is requesting quotes from all qualified subcontractors and suppliers but not limited to:

LANDSCAPE, EARTHWORK, HAZMAT ABATEMENT

The Project is generally described as including but not limited to:

(a) removal of pavement and construction of two bioretention basins

(b) construction of at-grade planters

(c) removal of play yard striping

(d) application of new play yard markings

(e) relocation of two existing onsite basketball posts / backboards

(f) installation of a new irrigation system

(g) modifications to the onsite drainage system

(h) the removal, storage and reinstallation of site furnishings and logs (provided by the District), and

(i) the construction of the permeable base and perimeter curb for a synthetic turf sports field (the synthetic turf, shock pad and plastic nailer board will be supplied and installed by the District under a separate contract).

The estimated construction cost is $580,000.00.

Subcontractors shall provide performance and payment bond if required.
