Project Description:

The Work includes, but is not limited to furnishing all labor, equipment, materials, and services required to implement the stabilization of the eroded north slope on north side of the BART tracks within BART parcel in the vicinity of BART Maintenance of Way (MW-12) in the City of Walnut Creek.

The Base Bid includes such Work on the slope stabilization including drainage improvements, repairing and revegetating the existing slope, surface improvements, fence repair and Springbrook access road improvement. Option work, such as additional rolled erosion control Product Turf Reinforcement Mat (RECP – TRM) including hydroseeding, and access road improvement, may be included, at the discretion of the District, subject to available funding.
