We are requesting bids for the following trades and/or material suppliers:

C.A. Rasmussen, Inc. is signatory to Operating Engineers, Laborers, Cement Masons and Carpenters Unions. C. A. Rasmussen, Inc. will provide assistance including but not limited to obtaining bonding, lines of credit, insurance, necessary equipment, supplies and/or materials upon request. C. A. Rasmussen, Inc. will establish flexible timeframes for performance and delivery. Subcontractors will be required to enter into our standard Subcontract Agreement. No modifications to the subcontract are permitted. 100% payment and performance bonds may be required for the amount of Subcontract price. C. A. Rasmussen, Inc. will reimburse Subcontractors for the premium costs of bonds and standard premium rates not to exceed 1.5%. Subcontractors must possess a current Contractor’s License and Insurance. Quotations will be broken down into comparable packages as reasonably necessary. C. A. Rasmussen, Inc. will work with interested DVBE / SBE subcontractors to identify opportunities to break down items into economically feasible packages.
