Project Description:

In general work shall include but not limited to the improvements at the El Gabilan Park include replacing existing basketball court with a new multi-sport court, surfacing and striping, fencing, and paving areas, miscellaneous landscape renovations, new site furnishings per City standards, new security lighting and replenishing the existing playground surface, and all incidental and appurtenant improvements and restorations specified on the Plans, Technical Specification and herein these Special Provisions.
