Project Description:

The proposed project includes demolition of the existing 0.32-acre parking lot at 700, vacant lot at 616 Linden Avenue and an approximately 100-foot section of Pine Avenue, and the construction of a new neighborhood park. The new park will contain a plaza/outdoor event space, lawns, picnic areas, play structures, a fitness and games area, stub ups for a potential restroom, new parking areas, new one way lane, new lighting and landscaping.
