Project Description:

The scope of work consists of adding three new baseball/softball fields, restroom buildings,

parking lot expansion, maintenance building, fencing and gates, concession area, field lighting,

and pedestrian connections. The work consists of grading and drainage, site utilities,

landscaping, electrical lighting, concrete sidewalk, and ADA improvements and work with the

City Engineer, City Inspector and Helix Engineer to ensure work is completed to the proper

standards.
