Project Description:

The Sea Haven Community Park Project is located on Abrams Drive, between Denali Rd and

Marina Heights Drive. This project includes but is not limited to; play field, paved trails, playground

area, dog park, shade structure, picnic areas, site furnishings, base prep and utility service for

pre-fabricated restroom building, storm drain system, 9-hole disc golf course, pickleball courts,

parking lot, landscaping, irrigation, and site lighting. Undisturbed areas to remain natural, protect

existing trees (6" dbh or greater) in place, unless noted otherwise. Procurement of play

equipment, play surfacing, and pre-fab restroom will be by others and not included in this contract.
