We are requesting bids for the following trades and/or material suppliers:

The Project is described as improvements to the existing play yard. Work shall include, a) Demolition and removal of the existing play structure and rubber matting. b) Removal and replacement of selected benches. c) Relocation of an existing area drain in the upper play yard and re-grading the surrounding asphalt pavement. d) Replacement of selected site benches. e) Replacement of the existing drinking fountain with bottle filler on the first floor hallway. f) Modifications to select toilet accessories in the students and staff restrooms. g) Perform hazardous materials and lead abatement.

TRADES NEEDED: DEMO - HAZMAT ABATEMENT - BENCHES - PLUMBING - ASPHALT PAVEMENT - DRINKING FOUNTAIN - TOILET ACCESSORIES - PLAY STRUCTURE and RUBBER MATTING
