Description of Work:
Bids shall cover all the furnishing of all labor, material, equipment, mechanical workmanship, transportation, and services which are required for Arts District Maker Space & Town Green Pavilion Contract No. B-628 & B-629. The work location is 282 Front Street and 420 Front Street, in Danville, California. The work generally includes, but is not limited to, demolition of existing pavement and structures, landscaping, earthwork, installation of new concrete, new art studio building, fencing, site furnishings; removal and replacement of existing asphalt concrete pavement; traffic control, and other items that are required by the plans, standard specifications, or these Special Provisions.
