Description
California State University, Dominguez Hills, is seeking qualified General Contractors holding either Class A, B, and/or C licenses, to perform various jobs and/or minor capital projects as needed through June 30, 2021. The maximum dollar value of any individual minor capital project will not exceed $752,000.00. Projects to perform renovations, remove, replace, repair, remodel, renovate, construct or maintain facilities, may include, but are not limited to, demolition, site improvements, remodels, flooring, glazing, painting, lathing and plastering, roofing, sheet metal, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, telecommunications, fire alarm, fire sprinkler, security and surveillance systems, etc. All projects require payment of prevailing wage rates, bonds, insurance, and mandatory 3% DVBE participation. This is for minor capital projects.
