Description
The Project consists of: The fire life safety upgrades of McCarthy Hall and includes installing a fire sprinkler system to 1st, 3rd, 4th, 5th, and 6th floors in compliance with the requirements of code and State Fire Marshal. The riser for each floor is provided for connection. Fire Alarm system code related upgrades and other fire life safety items, if any, are part of the scope and will be finalized during the design process. 4th and 5th floor occupancy issues will need to be resolved as part of this project. Bonds required. Prevailing wages apply. DBE incentives. This is a design build project.
