The project consist of a new restroom facility, open air pavilion, 5300 square feet of boardwalks and stairs, 1600 square yards of brick pavers, exfiltration storm water system, 1050 linear feet of curb and gutter, drainage piping and inlets, traffic striping and signage, unclassified excavation, protective fence, sidewalks, sheet piling, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, utilities, park amenities, etc. for the development of a public beach access facility located on Scenic Gulf Drive. Bond Required. Prevailing Wages.
