Description
The Montgomery County Department of Parks (Parks), part of the Maryland-National Capital Park and Planning Commission (M-NCPPC or Commission), is soliciting proposals from highly qualified contractors for unit price task order contracts for the construction of miscellaneous projects throughout Montgomery County. Projects will generally include site work for construction of new facilities, infrastructure rehabilitation, and/or modification of existing assets. Examples of projects include, but are not limited to, trail and walkway rehabilitation, parking lot rehabilitation, drainage improvements, pedestrian bridge renovations, stormwater management facilities, ADA modifications, various park amenities, etc. Q&A due by 3pm, 05/05/2021. Bonds required.
