WWTP HVAC Upgrades Permanent Sewer Commission, Hull, MA

Town of Hull, MA (Owner) invites Bidders to submit sealed Bids for Hull MA - WWTP HVAC Upgrades Project, which includes, but is not limited to replacement of selective demolition to the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, including walls and other architectural and structural elements to facilitate the new work. New work includes the creation of a new mechanical room on the 2nd floor over the current lobby, renovating the 2nd floor office and lab spaces, new HVAC equipment, and new electrical and fire alarm system components. New HVAC systems include a gas fired boiler plant, partial hot water piping system, roof mounted air handler, indoor air handlers, a roof mounted heat recovery ventilation system, VRF heat pump systems, exhaust fans and associated ductwork distribution systems, and associated local control systems. New Electrical systems include upgrades to provide power and lighting to the new office areas, HVAC equipment, and hazardous gas detection systems. New plumbing systems include improvements related to the new office, boiler room, and HVAC equipment. A new natural gas service will be provided. The Work shall be substantially complete within 360 calendar days from the commencement of Contract Time and completed and ready for final payment 390 calendar days from the commencement of Contract Time. Sub bids will be received until May 6, 2021 at 11:00pm. Sub trades are HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Masonry, Miscellaneous and Ornamental Iron, Painting, Roofing and Flashing, Resilient Floors, and Waterproofing, Damp-proofing and Caulking.
