Description
Removal of evaporative coolers on warehouse roof and proper disposal. Contractor shall provide and install new Energy Star rated, high capacity, high efficiency Ammonia Evaporative Cooler unit. Contractor shall provide all materials and labor to complete the installation in accordance with the manufacturers’ specifications, approved plans, and the 2018 International Building Code, 2012 International Mechanical Code, 2014 National Electric Code. Contractor shall provide design calculations for review and submittal with permit applications, see Attachment #1 Specifications. Work shall be completed in 120 calendar days from the effective date specified in the Notice to Proceed. Bonds and prevailing wages
