The Housing Opportunities Commission of Montgomery County, Maryland (hereafter referred to as HOC) is soliciting sealed bids from qualified Contractors, who are licensed, bonded, and insured to conduct business within the state of Maryland for the demolition of Emory Grove Apartments located in Montgomery, County, MD. The Emory Grove Apartments consist of four buildings and a leasing office. Each apartment building is approximately 3,200 square feet. Each building is constructed of block and brick. Q&A due by noon, 05/11/2021. Bonds required.
