Installation Of Approximately 2,400 Lf Of 10-Inch Pvc Gravity Sewer Main And Approximately 400 Lf Of 6-Inch Pvc Force Main. Connection To Existing Wastewater System.Also Included Are• Bid Alt. No. 1 - Polymer Concrete Manholes• Bid Alt. No. 2 - Miscellaneous Sewer Improvements Along S. The Manhole Is Located In Center Of Paved Roadway, At The Intersection Of Club House Boulevard & Beach Fern Court In The Sugar Mill Development, City Of New Smyrna Beach Right-Of-Way. O Replacement Of One 5-Ft By 5-Ft Concrete Valve Vault (At Lift Station #73), Approximately 5 Feet Deep. New Valve Vault Shall Be Dog-House Style, Have Minimum Of 1-Foot Of Fdot 57 Stone 1-Foot Below Pipe And Installed 6-Inches Above Finished Grade. Replacement Of Approximately 30 Feet Of 4” Ductile Iron, Epoxy Coated, Discharge Piping And (2) 4” Isolation Valves & (2) 4” Check Valves Contained Within The Vault. The Lift Station #73 Is Located At 1057 Red Maple Way Sugar Mill Development In An Utilities Commission Easement. Payment and Performance Bond required.
